- Record is prepared by Superior Court & transmitted to Court of Appeal
- Court of Appeal notifies appellant: 40 days to file brief.
Various extensions may be granted.
- Respondent files brief.
Various extensions may be granted.
- Appellant files closing brief.
Various extensions may be granted.
- After a couple of months parties are notified of date for oral argument.
In another couple of months oral argument occurs.
- You wait 1-2 years for a decision.
